Patient Portal

The patient portal is a separate web-based application that will allow you to communicate securely with your child's provider. You can email questions, request prescription refills, and even request appointments. If you have not registered with the practice, you may also pre-register at this website. If you are an existing patient, you first need to be "web-enabled" before you can log on. Call or come by and request your log-in and password. Please do not attempt to pre-register if you are already an existing patient. Feel free to call with any questions.
